Designing homes to suit your specific needs is made easy by Casaview Homes.
Our in-house architects personally meet with you to understand your needs and requirement. They then work closely with you to design your new custom build home. Our architects are a part of your build from inception through to construction through to you moving in.
In House Architects
By utilising inhouse architects, Casaview makes designing custom homes and manipulating existing plans easy. Our architects have a wealth of experience making the design process smooth while creating your dream home.
Its this level of experience that assists in providing designs that comply with authority regulations and codes. Our architects provide quality work which allows the process to be efficient and time effective.
Experience the custom design process with Casaview, we will take you through the process step by step.
Our experienced consultant will arrange a time to discuss your site, design requirements and outline our custom design process and associated costs.
Should you decide to proceed with the process, we will secure an initial deposit
We will conduct a site inspection, order AHD survey and determine site suitability.
Arrange a meeting with one of our in-house architects to discuss initial design requirements and arrange a preliminary sketch. On acceptance of preliminary sketches, we will formalize plans.
Client and consultant to review and sign off on plans.
At this stage a comprehensive quotation will be arranged based on accepted plans.
After reviewing your plans and quotation we will arrange an in house appointment to sign off on all appropriate documentation.
We will arrange submission of plans and appropriate reports for approval.
Casaview will secure the site and arrange a formal introduction with your site supervisor. During the stages of construction you can arrange site inspections with your supervisor.
