Being our first home, we had very high standards and we wanted a stylish, spacious and practical home at an affordable price. One which didn’t blow our budget.
Being newly married, all we wanted was to build our dream home, one in which we could raise a family in and that is exactly what we got with Casaview. We had been to see other builders who did not want to bend the rules and cater for exactly what we wanted and keep to the budget we had set ourselves.
From the first meeting we both knew Casaview was for us. Your eager assistance by showing us various plans which suited our block and your ability to alter and in a way “custom design” our home to include everything we wanted was fantastic. Everything we desired was included and if something was over our budget you were able to work something out for us so that we could have a similar look for half the price.
The fact that we had total control over all aspects of the house from design side, internal fixtures like vanities, kitchen layout, and most important colour scheme was something that a lot of other builders would not allow. We truly are glad that we found that flexibility with Casaview.
We would like to extend our appreciation to the whole Casaview team – John who designed our home, Enzo who oversaw all construction, and Rose who at the drop of a hat would provide us with any information we required whether it be colours chosen to bank documents.
In conclusion we cannot express how happy we are in our new CUSTOM DESIGNED and the wonderful service during construction and the fast and efficient after-service you have given us.
